📦 Shipping Policy

At Dimension Next, we manufacture and supply high-quality electronic products including mobile accessories, chargers, cables, adapters, power solutions, and OEM/ODM customized products.

We deliver across India, covering metro cities, districts, industrial zones, and remote locations through reliable logistics partners.


🚚 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order quantity, weight, destination, and transport mode.

  • Charges will be communicated in the quotation or invoice before dispatch.

  • For bulk and OEM orders, shipping may be billed separately unless agreed otherwise in writing.

  • All shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable.


🏭 Dispatch Timeframes

📦 Standard Products

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation and verification.

🏷 OEM / ODM / Customized Orders

  • Dispatch timelines vary depending on:

    • Production cycle

    • Custom branding requirements

    • Order volume

  • Estimated production and dispatch timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.


⏳ Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your location and transport method:

  • Major Metro Cities: 2–4 working days

  • Districts & Tier-2 Cities: 3–6 working days

  • Remote / North-East Regions: 5–8 working days

For bulk shipments, surface transport timelines may vary depending on logistics availability.


📍 Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the shipment is handed over to the courier or transporter.

  • For bulk or transport shipments, LR (Lorry Receipt) details will be provided.

  • Estimated delivery dates can be tracked via the courier partner’s tracking system.


⚠ Shipping Limitations

Please note:

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military-restricted addresses.

  • Accurate address and GST details (for B2B orders) must be provided at the time of order.

  • Re-shipping charges will apply for:

    • Incorrect address

    • Incomplete contact details

    • Shipment refused without valid reason


📦 Risk & Ownership

  • Once the shipment is handed over to the courier/transporter, risk transfers to the buyer.

  • Any transit damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

    • Clear photos

    • Unboxing video

    • Delivery receipt

Failure to report within the stipulated time may result in rejection of claims.


🎉 Holiday & High-Volume Periods

During festive seasons or peak demand periods, dispatch and delivery timelines may be extended. We appreciate your cooperation in such cases.
