📦 Returns, Replacements, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Dimension Next, we specialize in manufacturing and supplying high-quality electronic products including mobile accessories, cables, chargers, adapters, and related tech solutions.

As we primarily deal in B2B, OEM/ODM, bulk, and wholesale orders, our return and refund terms are structured accordingly.


✅ Return Eligibility (Manufacturing Defect Only)

Returns or replacements are accepted only in case of verified technical manufacturing defects, subject to the following conditions:

  • An uninterrupted unboxing video clearly showing the defect is mandatory.

  • Complaint must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Order details including Invoice Number, Date, Batch Number (if applicable), and Issue Description must be shared.

  • Pre-approval from our support team is compulsory before returning any product.

  • Products will be inspected and technically verified before any refund/replacement approval.


🔄 Return & Inspection Process

  1. Initial troubleshooting may be conducted via phone or video call.

  2. If unresolved, customer must ship the product back with:

    • Proper packaging

    • Original accessories

    • Invoice copy

Important Shipping Terms:

  • Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

  • Two-way shipping (forward + return) will be applicable in all cases unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


🔍 Inspection Outcome

After receiving the product at our service facility:

✔ If Manufacturing Defect is Verified:

  • Replacement will be issued, OR

  • Credit note may be provided (as per order type)

❌ If Product is Found in Working Condition:

  • No refund will be issued.

  • Customer must arrange pickup at their own cost.

❌ If Issue is Due to Compatibility:

  • No refund.

  • Partial adjustment may be considered after deducting applicable testing and logistics charges.

❌ If Product is Physically Damaged or Mishandled:

  • No refund or replacement.

  • Pickup must be arranged by customer.


🚫 Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or installed products without defect proof

  • Physical damage caused during installation or usage

  • No unboxing video

  • Missing original packaging, accessories, or invoice

  • Custom OEM/ODM manufactured goods

  • Branding or customized products

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address


🛑 Cancellation Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started (for OEM/ODM orders).

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • If cancelled before dispatch:

    • 5% deduction for standard orders (processing fees)

    • For customized/OEM orders, advance payment is non-refundable

  • If cancelled after dispatch:

    • 10% deduction + shipping charges will apply


📦 Bulk & OEM Orders

  • No return or refund on bulk, wholesale, or customized orders except in case of verified manufacturing defects.

  • Samples once approved cannot be disputed in bulk production unless deviation from approved specification is proven.
